These Terms govern the use of services provided by Some Digital Guys Cloud ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our goal is to provide reliable domains, hosting, email, and server products with clear pricing and support.
Services
We provide cloud and infrastructure products, including but not limited to:
- Domain registration and transfer
- Web hosting
- WordPress hosting
- Business email hosting
- Linux VPS servers
- Related DNS, SSL, and account management tools
Services are provisioned through our client area at my.somedigitalguys.cloud. Features, limits, and pricing for each plan are described on our website and at checkout.
Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and billing information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for activity under your account
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security issues
Payments & Renewals
- Prices are shown on our website and confirmed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are recurring based on the selected billing cycle.
- Services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
- Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registry rules and pricing, which may change.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services, including loss of domain registration if renewals are not completed in time.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel recurring services from your client area before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
- Hosting, email, and VPS plans may be eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Renewals are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided for suspensions or terminations resulting from a breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Engage in illegal activity or distribute illegal content
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Host malware, phishing, or other harmful material
- Interfere with other customers or the stability of our infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
Service Availability
- We aim to keep services available and performant, with support available as described on our website.
- Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider issues, force majeure events, and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
- Unless a specific SLA is agreed in writing, services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Backing up your data unless a backup feature is included and enabled for your plan
- Securing applications, websites, credentials, and content you host
- Complying with software licenses and third-party terms applicable to your projects
- Ensuring domain contact and WHOIS data remains accurate where required
Third-Party Services & Infrastructure
Some parts of our platform rely on third parties (for example registries, payment processors, and infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for:
- Outages or failures caused solely by external providers
- Third-party APIs, licenses, or software you install on your services
- Losses resulting from delayed domain renewals after payment failure or late cancellation
Intellectual Property
Our website, branding, and platform materials remain our property. Content and data you upload or host remain yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate and support the services you purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, data, profits, or business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues arising from your applications, configurations, or third-party software
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- You breach these Terms or Acceptable Use rules
- Continued service would create legal, security, or operational risk
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
